I’d like to introduce you to my flexible friend, our yogi on the Retreat, Elena Menci from The Haven in Vilamoura.

During the AmberLife Business Retreat we will be able to enjoy Saturday AM and Sunday PM yoga sessions for those who want to join in the class (all optional)

Elena is an International Yogi who has gained her experience in Bali, India, Dubai & Mallorca and has created The Haven in Vilamoura @thehaven_algarve

The yoga sessions will be tailored to your abilities, giving you time and space to move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses for strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on mindfulness.

Our retreat is a great time to try yoga, even if you’ve never done it before.

Or take your practice deeper with Elena’s guidance.

Practising yoga will give you more confidence, and treats your mind and body to moments of calm.

Remember, it takes time to get into yoga poses like this, it doesn’t happen overnight!

Like building a business, we need to practise our skills and make time to develop our poses. Especially if you’re doing something for the first time.

When I first started yoga I remember my teacher saying, be patient Jo!
