We will work and stay in a gorgeous 5 -star Resort & Spa by the beach in Central Algarve, Portugal.
Your reservation includes VIP treatment all the way:
• Stay in a gorgeous double room or shared twin room with spa and gym facilities. (your room will be booked directly with the hotel)
• On arrival, you will be treated to a full body massage to ease into the Retreat (by a professional masseuse, obvs!)
• You will enjoy beach and coastal walks with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. (optional if you prefer to sit around the pool!)
• We will have yoga sessions tailored to everyone’s capabilities, with our beautiful yogi, Elena. (optional)
As well as working on your business, you’ll have time to sunbathe, walk on the beach, eat delicious fresh food, and book more spa treatments if you wish.

Our yogi, Elena Menci from The Haven
To enhance your relaxation and wellness there will be yoga sessions by our beautiful yogi, Elena Menci.
Elena is an International Yogi who has gained her experience in Bali, India, Dubai & Mallorca and is the owner of The Haven in Vilamoura.
The yoga sessions will be tailored to your abilities, giving you time and space to move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses for strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on mindfulness.
Practising yoga will give you more confidence and treats your mind and body to moments of calm. Our retreat is a great time to try it if you haven’t yet!
