Dream It, Believe It and Make It Happen
After watching the Wimbledon finals this weekend, I am feeling super determined at the moment!
Roger Federer does make it look easy doesn’t he? Ooh, I felt for Cilic being injured and in pain, not being able to perform how he wanted to on the day. But there will be other days.
Federer said he wasn’t sure he would even be there this year, but he clearly kept on going, and so much so, to have an historic 8th time Wimbledon win.
“Keep on believing and dreaming” Roger said.
If you’re not sure sometimes, you have to pull on your resources, dig deep and harness that determination within, to give you that boost, that drive, that energy.
Running a business is a roller coaster of a ride isn’t it. But ride it we will, and have our own pains and gains along the way. Sometimes we stop ourselves with fear. Fear of success, or fear of worrying it won’t work, as I wrote about in this blog here for you to help you Stop Fear Getting in Your Way.

There were many brilliant business owners who are following their dreams at Contacts and Cocktails 3rd Year Anniversary last Thursday. Some who had just started their entrepreneurial journey within the last six months – welcome to the bright side! Cocktails flowed. We had a blast. Introductions were made, business contacts were being shared and wisdom was passed on. A beautiful sight. I have loved creating this networking environment for everyone to feel relaxed and happy to talk business, on purpose. Thank you for coming over the years and making one of my dreams come true. Here’s to the next 3 years!
